Delivery
Goods will be delivered within 7-10 Working Days (Mainland UK) by Carrier to the
address given at the time of order.
Once each order leaves our premises, it becomes the customer's
responsibility, and Printed Pictures will accept no liability for the safety of
the order.
Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated to One.Art by email
within 24 hours of placing your order. Please state the Customer Order Number on
All communications with us. One.Art will not take any responsibility for any
delays caused by changes to the delivery address if these are not communicated
accurately and promptly. One.Art will not change any delivery details if the
Customer Order Number is not quoted.
The standard delivery charge to Mainland UK is £7.50 - this includes postage
insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are at all unhappy with your purchase you may send it back for an
exchange or refund. Please send all returns to : One.Art, Downholme Park, Reeth
Road, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL11 6AA.
We will be happy to make you a refund or exchange and only ask that you please
return your print in it’s original condition you received it from us within 14
days of receipt. Goods are returned at your own expense.
Please also ask for proof of posting certificate when returning prints as we
cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. We regret that we
cannot refund this charge.
You will receive your refund credit within 14 days of receipt. All refunds are
given to the original purchaser.
